Your conversations, agent configurations, and business data belong exclusively to you. We do not use your data to train models, sell it to advertisers, or share it with any third party - ever.

AgenticLive runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with multiple layers of protection at the network, application, and data level.

• All traffic encrypted with TLS 1.3 - no unencrypted connections accepted
• HTTPS enforced site-wide with HSTS preloading
• Strict security headers: X-Frame-Options, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options
• Rate limiting and brute-force protection on all auth endpoints
• API keys are hashed server-side - never stored in plaintext
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12+)

Every account is protected by secure token-based sessions with automatic expiry and re-authentication requirements.

We never touch your card details. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe - a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider used by millions of businesses worldwide.

Your agent conversations are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate responses. We operate under Anthropic's data processing agreement, which prohibits training on customer data.

• Anthropic does not train on API-submitted data by default
• No conversation data is shared with any other AI provider
• Agent system prompts are encrypted at rest in our database
• You can clear your agent memory and conversation history at any time
