AgenticLive is an AI agent platform operated by TFN Media Group LLC, a California-based company. For purposes of data protection law, TFN Media Group LLC is the data controller of your personal information.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, company name, job title
- Payment information: Billing address, payment card details (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store raw card data)
- Agent configuration: Bot tokens, integration credentials, agent instructions, workflows
- Communications: Support tickets, emails, feedback you send us
- Verification data: Email verification codes and timestamps
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, Agent run logs, credit consumption
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs
- Cookies: Session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
- Agent activity logs: Actions taken by your Agents, timestamps, success/failure status
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Connected services: When you connect Google, Telegram, Slack, or other third-party services, we receive data from those services as authorized by you
- Payment processors: Transaction confirmation data from Stripe
- Analytics providers: Aggregated analytics data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Create and manage your account and verify your identity
- Provision, operate, and maintain your AI Agents
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (email verification, receipts, service alerts)
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Monitor service usage, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve, develop, and secure our platform
- Comply with legal obligations
- Send product updates and marketing communications (with your consent, and you may opt out at any time)
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests: Security monitoring, fraud prevention, platform improvement
- Consent: Marketing emails, optional analytics cookies
- Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Telegram (Agent delivery), Google (OAuth integrations) — under data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by valid legal process, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified in advance
- Safety: To protect against fraud, security threats, or harm to us, users, or the public
All third-party service providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of your account
- After cancellation: Data retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless legally required to keep longer
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely in aggregate, non-identifiable form
- Agent logs: Retained for 90 days by default; configurable in dashboard settings
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for credentials and sensitive data at rest
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security monitoring and intrusion detection
- Secure, isolated database infrastructure per client
Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@agenticlive.ai.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Portability
Request your data in a machine-readable format.
Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
Restrict
Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@agenticlive.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: What personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use: Limit use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes

10. International Data Transfers
AgenticLive is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. See our Cookie Policy for full details on what cookies we use, why, and how to control them. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us at privacy@agenticlive.ai immediately and we will delete it.
13. Marketing Communications
We may send you product updates, feature announcements, and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or emailing privacy@agenticlive.ai. Transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, service notifications) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
