How do I get started?
Sign up for free at agenticlive.ai/start. You get 100 credits with no card required. From there you can spin up your first agent in under 10 minutes - pick a role template, give it a name, and it's live.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency of AgenticLive. Every message your agent sends or receives uses 1 credit. Automated tasks and integration calls may use additional credits. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. You can top up at any time from the dashboard.
Can I connect my agents to Gmail, Slack, or Google Calendar?
Yes. From your dashboard, open the Integrations tab and connect your Google account. This gives your agent access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs. Slack and Microsoft 365 integrations are available on Growth and above.
How many agents can I run at once?
Signal (free) includes 1 agent. Starter gives you 3, Growth gives you 10, Scale gives you 25, and Enterprise is unlimited. Each agent has its own memory, chat history, and integrations.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your agents will pause until credits are restored. You can top up instantly from the Billing tab in your dashboard - 700 credits for $100, available on any plan. Credits also reset on your monthly billing date.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes - cancel anytime from your dashboard under Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't auto-renew after that. No cancellation fees, ever.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Agent conversations and memory are isolated per account. We never use your data to train AI models. See our Trust and Security page for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers if the platform doesn't work as expected. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once used. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
