3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription

• Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform (anonymized)

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

OAuth Tokens

Integration tokens (Gmail, Slack, etc.) are encrypted before storage using industry-standard encryption. Only the minimum required scopes are requested for each integration.

Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Access Controls

Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data. Our team has strict, audited access to production systems on a need-to-know basis.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

6. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect and how it's used
• Delete your personal data (subject to legal exceptions)
• Opt out of the sale of personal data (we don't sell data, but you can request this confirmation)
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate for exercising your rights
• Correct inaccurate personal data

7. Your Rights (GDPR — EU/EEA Residents)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

Our legal bases for processing are: contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (for marketing). Email privacy@agenticlive.ai to exercise GDPR rights.

8. Data Retention

• Active account data: retained while your account is active
• After account deletion: personal data deleted within 30 days
• Billing records: retained 7 years for legal/tax compliance
• Agent logs: retained 90 days, then purged
• Anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@agenticlive.ai immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
