Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use AgentiCLive and the AI agents you configure on our platform. By using AgentiCLive, you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use AgentiCLive to:

• Automate legitimate business workflows and communications
• Provide customer service on behalf of your business
• Generate content for your own business use
• Manage and respond to emails, messages, and social media you own or are authorized to manage
• Research and summarize publicly available information
• Integrate with services you have legitimate access to

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use AgentiCLive or your agents to:

Spam & Unsolicited Communications

• Send bulk unsolicited emails, messages, or communications (spam)
• Violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR email consent requirements, or similar laws
• Send messages to people who have not consented to receive them

Fraud & Deception

• Impersonate any person, company, or brand without authorization
• Create or distribute misleading, false, or fraudulent content
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, or scam operations
• Manipulate or deceive users into sharing personal or financial information

Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
• Sell, distribute, or promote illegal goods or services
• Violate export control laws

Harmful Content

• Generate, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against any group
• Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery

Platform Abuse

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our platform infrastructure
• Abuse or circumvent the credit system
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from AgentiCLive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Overload or disrupt platform infrastructure (DDoS, resource abuse)

Privacy Violations

• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Violate GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other applicable privacy laws
• Share or expose other users' private data

3. AI Agent Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all actions taken by agents you configure on our platform. "My agent did it" is not a defense. Configure your agents responsibly and review their outputs regularly.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, report it to abuse@agenticlive.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, credit forfeiture, and/or referral to law enforcement. We determine enforcement action at our sole discretion based on severity.
